– Quicken Loans Victorious in Highest Court–

Detroit, Mich. – May 24, 2012 – Quicken Loans Inc. was victorious today in a unanimous ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court regarding Freeman v. Quicken Loans.

In response to today’s ruling, the company issued the following statement:

Quicken Loans is pleased that the United States Supreme Court has ruled in our favor in a unanimous decision and affirmed the complete dismissal of the plaintiffs’ claims.  Quicken Loans has won this case at every step and in every court – the U.S. District Court in New Orleans and the  U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit – and now before the U.S. Supreme Court.  Although we always believed that we were on the right side of the law, it is especially gratifying to have the affirmation of the highest court in the country.
